Rain/Refund Policy

• In case of inclement weather situations where the train DOES NOT RUN (late runs and delayed starting do not apply) - Passengers may receive the full calculated refund value in the form of a non-refundable exchange voucher valid for future travel purchases. We can either book you on another night for Runaway Fright Train or we can transfer your tickets for train rides only to our Rail of Lights Christmas train. (Note: this option is not available online. Must be obtained the night of the event. If you leave the property without your voucher then you will not receive one.)

• Passengers may receive the calculated refund value, less a 10% refund service charge in the form of cash, check or credit to credit card, depending on the form of payment that was used for the ticket(s) being refunded. The maximum amount imposed by DBR Entertainment Inc. on this 10% refund service charge will be $100 per refund transaction on any single reservation.

If you would like to cancel your order prior to the event you must contact us by phone at 1-866-398-2038 Thursday through Monday, from noon until 4:00, or orders@jeffersonrailway.com. Cancellations must be more than 3 days in advance. Inside of 3 days you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds the day of the event.
